Overall, it is worth a read if you are interested in this topic. It is a good commentary on the state of the medium and can help you consider what strategies you or your faculty members will use at your institutions.
Bloom's Taxonomy - Emerging Perspectives on Learning, Teaching and Technology
Good reference on the New Bloom's Taxonomy which describes the levels and depth of learning. Main change is the top two levels - Synthesis is moved above evaluation and all terms are changed from nouns to verbs. Ex. Synthesis - Creating.
