Warren E. Buffett, an American investor stated that wealthy people like him do not pay enough tax. In other words, he only had to pay 17.7% tax when the regular rich earners pay around 30% tax. The reason for this is because, "Buffett's income is made up largely of dividends and capital gains, which are taxed at only 15 percent."
