Lesson Writer
from The Teacher Chronicles: It might not look to be much on the outside, but once your are inside and start creating your lesson things happen that makes a language teacher as myself quite thrilled. With LessonWriter you can copy text from the Internet such as articles and other resources, past into your newly created lesson and hit “Create”. What happens then is a bit of magic and to be honest, I feel as if I have found the golden pot at the end of the rainbow.
After having submitted your lesson you will be provided with a full grammatical analysis of the text, as well as a glossary list and pronunciation advice. The glossary list is made up by LessonWriter’s own dictionary and you can chose if you want to add your own words and create your own dictionary. Sort, organize, create and track your lessons by including them in “classes”.
Even if I might not have too much use of this excellent tool at the moment when I am teaching ESL, I really would like to work with it more and understand how it works. I love the focus on grammar and the automatic analysis feature which I haven’t seen anywhere before. Simply genius.
