Webquest.org
Bernie Dodge, who is generally creditied with coming up with the idea of webquests, maintains this website. Includes background information on what webquests are all about, info on creating webquests, and a library of webquests (although I'm not sure it that works -- I searched for "math" and it returned no results.
Best WebQuests
Links to webquests in many content areas for different grade levels. Includes numerical evaluations.

One Laptop per Child (OLPC)
This is the official website of the One Laptop Per Child initiative. The OLPC program is in danger of being swamped (in the U.S. anyway) by netbooks coming from the major computer manufacturers, but their machine is still innovative, rugged, and it has been directed to the developing world mainly anyway, so the U.S. was never seen as the primary market. The wiki contains some useful thinking about technology and education in general.
Technology and education
My personal blog on technology and education. The focus continues to shift -- it started out as a communication vehicle for my school community about the tech program at the school; then it shifted to descriptions of my experiences with different technologies; of late I have been focused on developmentally appropriate technology and a sense that we really need to think more critically about what we are doing with technology in schools.
TEA - Curriculum - Technology Applications
Texas Education Agency's state technology standards. Includes skills students should know at different grade levels, so this site might be useful for developing a scope and sequence guide across the years for your school or district. Although I don't agree with their pacing -- much too aggressive for the younger grades. The kids should be playing and building up their internal picture-making skills.
