Even if you know *nothing* about programming, you can start here and learn to program in C# or VB.NET. Honestly, I'm professionally offended that they claim they can make you a "a fully-fledged developer" through a series of video and lab tutorials, but nevermind that -- if you want to learn to program, or even just to figure out if this is something you'll enjoy, this is a great place to start.
I wonder if we could convince IBM to get together a series like this for Eclipse and Java/Ruby?
