7stacks (Screenshots) - Alastria Software
Uhm, yeah, basically this is a menu-based software launcher for Windows 7... in case you're REALLY mouse-centric.

executor.dk
Multi-purpose launcher for windows (like Launchy). It doesn't "learn" but it has a lot more flexibility with creating "keywords" ... basically several built-in plugins for doing run-as, shutting down, etc.
Speed Launch "Community prototype"

slimKEYS HotKey Manager - slimCODE

Colibri - Type Ahead.
- A faster "run dialog" with clever auto-complete to start anything in your start menu. It's a bit like Apple's QuickSilver, except all it really indexes so far is your startmenu. No docs, no favorites ... but still better than the run dialog most of the time. - jaykul on 2006-08-12

-
Once Launchy has been started, it hides in the background. You bring it forward by holding the alt key and tapping the space key. You then type in a few keys of the program you are searching for and hit enter once it has been found.
App Launcher Vista Sidebar Gadget
-
An app launcher for the sidebar that lets you add apps by simply dropping them on the launcher -- it's basically a recreation of Quick Launch as a sidebar gadget. Of course, this ignores the built-in Win+# hotkeys for quicklaunch, but it has some really interesting features for showing Firefox favorites, the recycle bin, etc.
