¿Conocen por qué se fragmentó a Pemex en cuatro subsidiarias? ¿Qué se prometió y qué ocurrió? ¿Quién decidió? De las cuatro subsidiarias sólo funciona Pemex Exploración y Producción para extraer crudo sin reponer reservas, incrementando irresponsablemente la exportación. Las otras tres, Gas y Petroquímica Básica, Refinación y Petroquímica, están desfinanciadas con el resultado de pasar de la autosuficiencia a la importación para beneficio del extranjero. No fue un error, fue un avance privatizador con proyecto del Banco Mundial.
