As a UT grad who drank more than a few with the anthropology students, the body farm looms large in my mental mythology. Wonder if I should make a donation? When the time comes, of course.

No doubt much of this is very, very true. However, there are brain differences between women and men and therefore there may be natural variation in the frequency of mental illnesses. And some population groups are more prone to certain physical illnesses (e.g. sickle cell anemia, alcoholism, types of cancers) and therefore may also be more susceptible to certain types of mental illness, too
