先上網查看一下您目標區域(台灣藏寶清單在這裡)附近的藏寶點資訊(這一點可能有人會有點畏懼感，因為官網上的資料都是英文的，但您也可以用PC上的電子字典來邊看邊查啊！)，將選定藏寶點的座標輸入您的GPS專用手持機或PDA內，同時列印出藏寶資訊帶著出門，以備不時之需。

出門時記得隨身攜帶GPSr、地圖、筆、數位相機、藏寶資訊、小禮物等出門，必要時再帶幾個防水塑膠袋，以防如果藏寶盒的防水袋有破損時，可以幫忙更換。
