For just a few weeks of the year the buds of special tea bushes are plucked as the sunrises, rolled very lightly by hand and left to dry in the hot midday sun. Also known as Yin Zhen.
This white tea is a more affordable (but equally good) version of the Ceylon Silver Tips. It brews a light sweet cup which is very refreshing.
Brewing Advice: One teaspoon per mug, add hot but not boiling water (70 deg C). Steep for two to three minutes.
