Can I Do Anything For Your Stress?

Not having a job isn’t something one can deal with by doing deep breathing or exercising or taking a walk or meditating but all of these can still prevent us from going off the deep end about it.  We can still be concerned about lack of a job, but if we can control the stress it causes then when it comes time to interview for a position we can present a calm peaceful demeanor which could lead to an offer.
