Well, HootSuite used to be BrightKit. HootSuite is a collection of tools for Twitter which allow you to manage multiple accounts, pre-schedule events and measure your progress.

Entrecard is a decent way to get some traffic to a new blog and if you search for drop lists like this, you can get more traffic for the time spent. Although as I have pointed out before, you could experience an increase in bounce rate due to people doing the same thing you are, trying to drop cards as fast as they can.
