  • وقد أكد شهود الواقعة في تحقيقات النيابة والتي بدأت مساء الخميس واستمرت حتى صباح الجمعة أن الرائد محمد رشدي قام بالاعتداء بالضرب على المجني عليه لمنعه من التواجد أمام السور المقرر إزالته ولم يتحمل المجني عليه الضرب فسقط مغشيا عليه أمام السور فما كان من الضابط إلا أن أصدر أوامره لسائق اللودر بإزالة السور بقوله ( هده على اللي فيه ) واستجاب السائق لأوامر الضابط وقام بوضع جاروف اللودر أسفل السور الذي يعلو الأرض بمسافة ثلاثة أمتار في الوقت الذي كان فيه المجني عليه ما زال مغشيا عليه أمام السور فوقع السور عليه وغرق في دمائه من جراء ذلك .
