Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 Default Keyboard Shortcuts Cheat Sheet | Philosophical Geek
I wanted to have a quick-reference sheet available to help me learn the Visual Studio keyboard commands. Surprisingly, I couldn’t find a handy printable reference. So I made one. It doesn’t contain ALL the shortcuts. For that, you can go to the online reference or this code that prints out all of your existing shortcuts.

If you just want a two-page reference sheet, handy to print front-to-back, to help you learn the shortcuts, download the PDF I created.
Keeping Focus While Beating Back Distractions | LifeDev
Focus and productivity go hand in hand. Like peas and carrots, or peanut butter and jelly. They’re almost synonymous. Yet, focus is the oft overlooked, redheaded step-child of productivity. And you can be darned sure you won’t be productive without focus.

18 Ways to Stay Focused at Work
Over the years I have worked at many client sites and a variety of office layouts. On one project in particular, we had as many as 80 people in a project team, seated via an open plan arrangement. It was pretty difficult trying to stay focused in an environment like this. These days, the projects I’m on are typically smaller, but there are still a number of distractions which frequently interrupt my working groove. So what are some of the things we can do to minimise such interruptions and distractions?
Here’s my list of 18 ways to stay focused at work
The Beginner’s Guide to Zen Habits - A Guided Tour | Zen Habits
While some of you have been following Zen Habits since its early days (beginning of 2007), many of you are fairly new readers. To help you through the fairly overwhelming archives, I’ve compiled a beginner’s guide. Kind of a Quick Start guide.
First, a note: Please don’t try to go through this all at once. There are days and days worth of reading here. I’ve just organized that so that you can go to the stuff you want to learn about first. Take it in small chunks. :)
Where do you start when you have a thousand posts to read through? You start with the best, or at least the most popular. So here they are: The All-Time Most Popular Posts on Zen Habits

The Voices of a Zany Kid » Paul Graham: “Gutes und schlechtes Aufschieben”
Welche ‘unwichtigen’ Dinge?
Einige solche Bote

Toodledo :: Forums :: Tips & Tricks :: Outlook automation to create Toodledo Task
I just found this site today (someone I work with swears by this site) and have setup a folder structure for my direct reports. Because a good percentage of my communication regarding assigning projects is done in outlook at work, I wanted to have a way to automatically update Toodledo with projects that I have assigned to my team.\n\nUsing rules in outlook, I set outlook to look for an email from me to me containing *[team member name] in the subject line and then have it redirect it to my secret toodledo email address. So, when I send an email to one of my staff requesting a project be completed, I will simply include *[team members name] along with a #2/21/09 for the due date in the subject of the email and will be sure to CC Me.\n\nOutlook will see an email from me to me and will see the *[team member name] and sends the email to toodledo, which assigns the task to the correct folder with the correct due date and includes the body of the email in the notes.\n\nExample:\n\nTo: Me\nSubject: Budget process gannt chart *Tom #2/27/09\n\nYou may have a more elegant way of doing this but this seems like a very low tech way to eliminate duplicate keying and ensure that I don't have to remember to swith over to toodledo to add the task.

Email Overloaded
Email programs have not changed much in the past decade, but the amount of email we get has grown by a tremendous amount, significantly impacting our email productivity.
