Teaching Appz is a great new website to help teachers to find apps for iPads, iPods and other mobile devices (including Android, Playbook and web) that can be used in the classroom. All apps are organised into subject areas, making them easy for teachers to browse through and each app has background information, as well as ideas for using them with children.
We’ve written about Japanese startups Cacoo a few times before. You may recall that they operate a collaborative web service that can be used to create diagrams, charts, and mind maps with others. Just now I received a mail from them saying that Cacoo now can work in Google Hangouts.

Fuel the Brain is a great little site which has numerous games, interactives and printables to help enhance and practice basic skills in Maths, Science and Language Arts. Games are grouped by topic area to make it easier to find ones to suit your lesson objective. You can also search by grade. From the look of it, the site is suitable for years 1-3.
Virtual Nerd is a selection of dynamic videos and award-winning content that helps boost students’ mathematics skills. The resource aims to help pupils to master algebra and geometry by bringing content to life through images and sound, while making it relevant to 21st Century learning.

No matter what you are working on these interactive whiteboards are a great way to document or record your thinking process.
Dumpr is a great little website that has lots of tools for doing creative things with your images. Simply choose an effect from the 21 on offer, upload your photograph and Dumpr will do the rest. You can then save your image to use elsewhere.
