But there’s no evidence to support that when you’re 38 you’re any slower than when you were 32.

This seems to show only the national cycle routes in the UK, but that is a fantastic start, as similar maps were not available on the Sustrans website last time I looked. There is fantastic potential for eventually mapping every ride.
