A spam fighter on the edge of the law, and an alleged spam host using the law - interesting findings - I don't know the case, and though I don't agree with the judge, I don't agree with the editorial here either (via whitesoap)

Ultimately the issue here is that the judge got mad about some things that led to sanctions for contempt of court. This likely led her to find any testimony from the defense to be unreliable.
