Defend Our Freedoms | FBI InfraGard warns of a crescendo of public concern about Obama's eligibility
Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.
Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid." It goes on to warn that "if...Mr. Obama fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that would test conventional law enforcement and elements of homeland security."
Major General says president's eligibility needs proof
On the heels of two active duty members of the U.S. military serving in Iraq calling for President Obama to prove his eligibility to be president, a retired major general has agreed to join the case, saying he just wants "the truth."
WND reported earlier when 1st Lt. Scott Easterling confirmed to California attorney Orly Taitz that he wanted to be a plaintiff in the legal action she is preparing on behalf of members of the U.S. military, both active and retired. A second soldier who asked that his name be withheld for now became part of the action just a day later.
Now retired Maj. Gen. Carroll D. Childers has submitted a statement to Taitz and her DefendOurFreedoms.us website, agreeing to be a plaintiff in her pending action.
"I agree to be a plaintiff in the legal action to be filed by Orly Taitz, Esq. in a petition for a declaratory judgement (sic) that Barack Hussein Obama is not qualified to be president of the U.S., nor to be commander in chief of the U.S. armed forces, in that I am or was a sworn member of the U.S. military (subject to recall)," he wrote.

The Associated Press: Court won't review Obama's eligibility to serve
he Supreme Court has turned down another appeal arguing Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because of his citizenship.
The challenge by Cort Wrotnowski of Greenwich, Conn., was denied Monday without comment.
Wrotnowski argued that Obama was a British subject at birth and therefore cannot meet the requirement for becoming president.
He wanted the high court to halt presidential electors from meeting to formally elect Obama as president.
Echoing an appeal that was rejected by justices last week, Wrotnowski said that since Obama had dual nationality at birth — his mother was American, his Kenyan father was a British subject — he cannot possibly be a "natural born citizen."

I'm not going to comment on the carefully orchestrated show put on yesterday by the media; that will be my next column. What a scam. As I have covered in previous columns, between dirty voting rolls, voter registration fraud, illegals voting and corrupted electronic voting machines and scanners, we have NO idea who was legally elected yesterday. There is still the unresolved issue of Obama providing a COLB - Certification of Live Birth - to prove he is a natural born citizen. Not a "birth certificate," but the COLB. The fact that this thug from Chicago refuses to provide this document since June, 2008, says it all. The second issue is if Obama were born in the U.S., but was automatically made an Indonesian citizen by virtue of his mother's marriage to her Indonesian husband and Obama's legal name change, he is ineligible to run for the presidency. Naturalized citizens are not eligible for the highest office in the land.

On August 23, 1961 "coincidentally" we have Barack Hussein Mohammad Obama born in Canada. By that date, we had been in the Vietnam War for around six years. If they were a Communist/ Viet Cong sympathizer, as Obama's parents are documented to be, would it not make sense to have him born in Canada where all the dodge drafters were fleeing so that their son would not be drafted later if the war against Communism were to continue? I am an Intelligence Analyst here in San Antonio so I must say I never believe the first report and I always go to the source to confirm or deny the validity of the report.
The reason I am writing is because I am concerned about Sen. Barack Obama's citizenship, full name, true intentions/ policies and his Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) connection that the media has refused to investigate, perhaps for fear of accusations of racism/ xenophobia. I have doubts about the legitimacy of his citizenship. Have you considered the following issues? Being Muslim the first born son is named Mohammed. It is possible to believe that Stanley Dunham was unaware of Barack Obama Sr.'s marriage in Kenya, and this would explain how Barack Jr. got named with the customary Mohammed where he had hoped to start a new life. Strangely Barack's older Kenyan half-brother Abongo (Roy) did not get the namesake. These are just thoughts that I have, and based on what you report about the discrepancies in the birth certificates it makes the issue of his Canadian citizenship all the more plausible. Why Canada? First off, just contrast Kenya to Canada and tell me which is more desirable.
Supposedly, just prior to the Dunham's moving to Hawaii, they had lived in Seattle which, as you know, is in close proximity to Canada. The Dunham family attended a church there that was known to be ultra-left and Stanley Ann's school there is known today as having Communist teachers.

He is not.
These things take time, my friends. Judge Surrick is well within his discretion to take this amount of time -- and more. By all accounts, he is extremely deliberative, endlessly fair, and likes to do his own research and write his own opinions. Personally, I expect that when an order does come down, it will likely address each of the half-dozen outstanding pleadings. Of course, with Election Day looming, we'd all like to see this case resolved on this level one way or another. Berg would too.
