    There's a few 3rd-party apps that may work out for you. Try QuicKeys, Keyboard Maestro, HotApp, and others to see what works out. KM in particular is one of the most highly rated ones out there. Search VersionTracker.com for keywords like "macro" and "hot key". You may even be able to use Automator for some of the things you need to do.
