This is a great set of talks on topics related to delivering distance education. The videos aren't great, but the audio is good. They say that they are going to post enhanced videos complete with the PPTs, but it's not there at this time.

Annenberg Media Teacher Resources
This is a great site for teachers. Annenberg does a lot of great stuff and this is a high-quality site with plenty of training and videos to keep you busy for a long time.
¡Colorín Colorado! Webcasts and video
I really like this site as a whole, but this area of their site is great. There are quite a few professional development videos. Many of which are big name speakers in the fields of literacy and language education.
