IALL - International Assoc. for Language Learning Technology
This is a somewhat active group, but I don't recall seeing them around too much
EUROCALL The European Association for Computer-Assisted Language Learning
Great site, great group. I would say that Europe is really on the ball compared to the US in terms of CALL and many language initiatives.
Internet TESL Journal (For ESL-EFL Teachers)
Practice-oriented journal. I've gotten many teaching ideas from here in the past (near past). Great resource for teachers.
Language Learning & Technology
Language Learning & Technology is one of the premiere, open Language and Technology journals available online. Great resource.
Map - Welcome to Seoul Metropolitan Government
This is the coolest map that I've found of Seoul (or elsewhere for that matter). The detail is great and you can zoom to 100's of spots in the city using the menu on the left. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work well with FireFox.
SurveyMonkey
Great survey tool. A little pricey for educators at $20 a month, but it really is worth the price if you do a lot with surveys (can also work for quizzes). 10 questions or under are free. This is used extensively by both researchers and teachers.
The International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning
special issue of IRRODL for mobile learning
IJTLHE International Journal of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education
Looks like some good articles
Real English--Free Online ESL lessons--video and CDROM lessons
Real English does a great job providing focused listening activities (via video) that utilize real (if not completely authentic) situations.
Odeo Listen to Thousands of Podcasts (and more)
Service for hosting podcasts and music files.
Creative Commons
Creative Commons is a collection of licensing categories for your works. I highly recommend that you license all of your non-commercial works with one of these licenses. All of them are good for teachers who want to use your materials in their classes.
Berners-Lee calls for Web 2.0 calm The Register
There's nothing like the king of the Internet calling for calm.
