I've seen this kind of thing happen before. It's sad.
aaaah - now here'[s somewthing that anyone who has messed up should read, inwardly digest and then learn from.
That's not a huge surprise but then others think that there is enough 'fat' in the system to justify the acquisition and still come out OK. As always, nobody really knows.
Opinons are like assholes - everyone's got one. Even if it is clueless. Worth reading for entertainment value.
