As usual Mike Arrington has an opinion on something about which he is unqualified to answer. Nevertheless, good entertainment value.
If the market did its job then we wouldn't need regulation. Fact is the market isn't working.
Can you believe this? Mind you a company of that size will have lots of employees but the amount this guys earned should have required more intense testing - or perhaps not.
