Task switching: switching from one active task to another without getting any of them done. This is not switching because the first task hit a stopping point: it's switching for some other reason (like someone called for help on another task), and is generally considered ineffective because nothing gets to a stopping point or a hand off.

Il existe en réalité une dualité entre ordre et créativité, que Mark laisse transparaître dans la formule suivante :
efficacité = ordre x créativité

L’efficacité ne pourra pas se passer d’ordre, sinon les idées qui nous viennent à l’esprit ne seraient jamais réalisées. Et l’efficacité ne peut pas se passer de créativité, puisque l’ordre ne représente que la forme et non le fond. Cette formule nous apprends donc qu’être organisé est essentiel pour améliorer l’efficacité de toute personne un tant soit peu créative.

Agir sans détour avec l’initiative journalière
Une très bonne idée. J'utilise cette technique sans l'avoir formalisé depuis 2 ou 3 ans (je ne suis sûrement pas le seul) et ça marche, d'ailleurs cela ne peut que marcher.
