The LG Group said they have added group debates, mock case studies and presentation of sales/marketing strategies. Daewoo Securities plans to pair applicants with an employee for individual evaluation of the applicant��s sales strategies at work. Hanmi Pharmaceutical applicants must meet with clients and team managers for two to three days as they are evaluated.
Other skills are being tested as well. Korea Exchange Bank takes applicants on a three-day trip in the second round of the interview to learn more about them. Korean Reinsurance Company will have an ��outdoor interview,�� which will require applicants to display their physical prowess on activites like hikes for evaluation on overall personality and health.
