Yup. If you are a 17 year old passenger in a car that sideswipes an off  duty cop, the cop can chase you down, fire indiscriminately in a car full of 5 teenagers, and NOT GET CHARGED FOR SHOOTING YOU AND  PUTTING YOU IN THE HOSPITAL IN CRITICAL CONDITION.

Is it any wonder people don't respect american authority? American authority does not submit to law. They are simply thugs who do what they want -- and the system lets them, which is why they do it.

No charges. For shooting an unarmed teenage passenger in the back after chasing down their car in road rage. The officer is not even named. Fucking ridiculous.

Gee, Officer  Tina Marie Albrand -- if a gun is so dangerous that you have to break a 9 year old's bones because he "grabbed for it", maybe you shouldn't wear your fucking gun when dealing with 9 year olds. What, you're going to shoot them?

Here's the part that strikes me as interesting: The cop that lied was not charged with perjury, because The System really really hates doing that; it taints their testimony in current and future cases.

But the tow-truck guy who possibly only helped the cop after the cop flexed his authority at him -- HE got charged with perjury?

What the fuck.

Cops hospitalize a man for a week (and he has to go back to have his eye removed). Why? He was resisting arrest. Why was he being arrested/ He ran a stop sign. Except he was a pedestrian when this happened. More american "justice".

Uh yeah... Even if you have a video of this guy running a stop sign, charges should be dropped and he should have a settlement large enough that he never has to work again.

This is bullshit. This is why smart people no longer consider this a free country. Our "freedom" is simply a random roll of the die that some officer didn't decide to hospitalize us for some unproven crime.

Then there's the fact that this dude was a 120 lb diabetic, and that the victim's name is the only name released here.

America is so very un-american.

Yes, red light cameras increase accidents. (At least in Virginia.) As of today, the state is now using them again -- so it's no longer safe to run red lights anymore. BUT IF YOU DO GET A TICKET -- IGNORE IT. Read on for why it's unenforceable.

See, the police act as judge, jury, and executioner here. If you are a drug dealer, you do not have the right to keep your teeth in your mouth or to keep your ribs unbroken. Not in fascist america. "You gotta arrest him for SOMEthing", piggie says.

Of course, police see nothing wrong w/their actions. Also charged her w/3 counts of felony assault of an officer. You see,she was wearing a bucket over her had & had drumsticks, so that's a convenient accustaion to make when it's their word against hers.

Tasers are dangerous, and just 1 shot can permanently injure you. They are to be used IN PLACE of a gun. NOT because someone doesn't comply, or stands at a podium longer than you think they should. They are not non-lethal, they are less-lethal.

So, they give you $10,000 as incentive for 2-yaer term, but your legs get blown off 6 months in. Your reward? A bill demanding the payback of $7,500 of that $10,000.

Now, why the fuck should anybody go to war again?

The guy did win a $250,000 lawsuit, but if you ask me, I would not be willing to have my neck broken (even knowing in advance that I would recover fully) for anywhere near $250,000. And the cop still gets to remain a piggy.

As long as people are singled out for being different, there will be violence in both directions. This is why "freaks" sometimes violently lash back--like Columbine. The source is the intolerance of normal people, not the non-coformity of "freaks".
