的理性则不能建立
要去掉大家（民众、政府、承建方）的恐惧的唯一办法，就是大家理性、务实、透明、公开、公正、客观，而不是单方面发布于自己有利的信息。
希望四川省政府及成都市政府切实落实温家宝总理前不久颁布的“政府信息公开条例”，政府信息公开条例不错，请落到实处。特别请注意如下两点：《条例》第二章第九条规定，行政机关应主动公开“涉及公民、法人或者其他组织切身利益的，需要社会公众广泛知晓或者参与的政府信息。”第二十四条规定，“行政机关收到政府信息公开申请，能够当场答复的，应当当场予以答复。不能当场答复的，应当自收到申请之日起15个工作日内予以答复
支持承建石化项目的人，他们的利益当然应该受到重视，但反对者的利益也不能够忽悠。我们不是为反对而反对，而是要兼顾多方利益，找准各方利益的平衡点，从而达成一种大家可以接受的妥协
我再次呼吁有良知的、中立的化工专家、河流专家、环保专家、气候专家等专业知识分子出来，为民众释疑解惑，也向政府和承建方提供你们对他们的监督、改进等的批评意见。政府和承建方也应该欢迎这样中立的知识分子出来，化解民众、政府、承建方的对立情绪，这是真正对成都这座城市的民众负责任的做法。
