OSFlash is a watering hole for open source Flash developers and users to meet, talk about and contribute to new and existing open source projects for the Flash Platform.
OSFlash supports the development community by providing open source projects with free source code hosting and project management tools as well as a web presence on the OSFlash wiki.
As such, we provide a service that is similar to other sites such as SourceForge but perhaps in a smaller, more intimate setting that is focused on open source projects for the Flash Platform.

This explains most of what Diigo is useful for. I have also made an HTML template that I published in Google Notes. When I send a Diigo Forward email to somebody, clicking the html raw mode I can paste my template with pictures and formating.

Sorry I should also add that if you're behind a router, your request for your own IP goes into the router which then rejects the request as it comes back, thinking that the recipient cannot also be the sender. It thinks it is some kind of hacking activity and blocks the connection. This is why on your own machine you need to specify that you are connecting to yourself for the tracker. The router will otherwise block you from reaching yourself.
