3DTOAD.com is a library of 3D images that you can rotate and explore. It includes skulls, skeletons, dissections, coral, geology, and even music. These could be great visuals on an Interactive White Board or used on an iPad.
To create enhanced video experiences, use EmbedPlus to edit, watch, and annotate video embeds. Very cool way to show YouTube or other web videos.

We use VoiceThread in a lot of our EdTechTeacher workshops as it is completely web based and now includes an iPad app. As a tool, it can create digital stories, be used for foreign language exercises, or support the creation of collaborative study aids. This is a great, web-based tool for creating comics. It seems to have most of the features of Comic Life and the benefits of being web based.
This would be a great tool for digital storytelling in a history class.
This may be my new favorite tool! What a great way to help with diagnostics as well as to do some how-to video work.
