FETC 2009
FETC, a division of 1105 Media Inc., is one of the largest, most successful conferences in the United States devoted to educational technology. "Teaching History With Technology" Workshop
The sixth-annual "Teaching History With Technology Workshop" is an intensive three-day "hands-on" opportunity for history and social studies teachers and professors to explore practical ways to use technology to enrich the history curriculum and engage students. The workshop will explore innovative ideas, effective techniques, and ready-made plans for incorporating Web-based resources, desktop software packages and new and emerging technologies into classroom instruction of history. The workshop will be held at the Noble and Greenough School in Greater Boston. Each participant will be supplied with a computer for the duration of the workshop and have extended "hands-on" time to master the information and skills presented.

Innovative Learning Conference
ILC is an interactive three-day conference and exposition produced in partnership with CUE and FETC for the K-12 education community. Educators will get hands-on experience and learn more about the techniques, ideas and applications that have proven to be successful.\n\nDon't be left behind...come learn about software programs that work, open source alternatives and the exciting possibilities available with Web 2.0 tools. Milwaukee Digital Media Conference 2008
The conference will be held at the Milwaukee County Zoo, July 28-31 (9am-4pm). It is a hands-on collaborative conference in which we will learn about wikis, digital mapping, digital photography, video-editing, and podcasting.
Students in grades 7-12 are welcome to come to the conference with their teachers. We also have a student track for students grades 3-6 to come with their teachers on Tuesday, July 29th.
