CDL Progress Report

"Dr. Jason Ohler, University of Alaska Professor Emeritus, author and educational technology specialist, completed work on a CDL progress report in October, 2009. To produce the report, Dr. Ohler conducted extensive interviews with key project leaders in eight CDL project districts, reviewed numerous studies of 1-to-1 projects in other states, and CDL data analysis from The Institute of Social and Economic Research (ISER)."
