Self-educated, Jack London taught himself in the public library, mainly just by reading books. But even with this humble background, he became a major force in American literature, with his works being a testament to this accomplishment.
On a personal level, his love for reading and his passion for writing is one of the underlying reasons why Bookyards The Library was started.....for he was my father's favorite author (he passed away in 2005), and whose memory is one of the motivations that keeps me going as I pursue this project.
Jack London wrote over 50 novels, but his classics are the following:
