Conditional-CSS
A tool that will generate browser specific CSS for you and package it all up in a C# HttpHandler (ASHX) so that it will deliver only the CSS for the browser that makes the request. Interesting idea to get around having to use browser hacks and still have all your code in one file for easy maintenance.

Shorty
- A PHP library you can install to let you create shortened urls under your own domain. Nice because you no longer have to worry about whether services like tinyUrl will be around forever... Even comes with a bookmarklet to make things easier. Requires MySQL. - bluecockatoo on 2006-08-30

What do I need on my server to run Shorty?
The server will need PHP 4+, MySQL 3.23+, and Apache 1.2+. You will need Firefox, Safari, or similar. Sorry, but no Internet Explorer support just yet.

Feedsplitter is a PHP script that converts RSS or RDF newsfeeds into HTML, Javascript, or whatever format you want. Display random entries, just the channel image, or use custom stylesheets -- Feedsplitter separates content and display using a simple XML template system.
Feedsplitter enables the display of fully-styleable dynamic content on static HTML pages, by means of a javascript include like<script src="http://chxo.com/feedsplitter.php?feed=yourfeed.rss&format=js"></script>
embedded in the page.
