A tool that allows you to draw on Google Maps and share your annotations with others via link or widget on your website, or even by GPX on your GPS device.
TwitterLocal
A service that will generate an RSS feed for you of all the tweets within a specified distance of a specified location. Kind of cool to find out what the latest news in your town is, at least for the digerati residents.

Interesting concept. These guys set up an email service that will send posts to Twitter, Jaiku and Wordpress. You can use your email account with Jott.com and therefore "call in posts" to those services. Nifty!
