It should cost around £2000 to install, and will pay for itself inside two years.

FT.com / Home UK / UK - The next big project for the Union is in energy
What is needed is a new European Community that can successfully tackle the combined challenges of climate change, energy security and sustainable competitiveness. As the former Commission president Jacques Delors has suggested, the EU needs to build an institution that can facilitate common action in this field. In comparison with the formative years of the Community - when both the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Atomic Energy Community pursued energy-oriented goals - there is a lack of common action to expand the use of renewable energy that mitigates climate change, provides energy security and increases European competitiveness by transforming its economy into an energy-efficient system.

See the video here: Water-fuel car unveiled in Japan However, what you can't do is run a car on water without energy inputs greater than you get from splitting the water.

Review: Smart Power Strips : MetaEfficient
I’ve been testing a surging-protecting power strip called the Smart Strip by BITS. The Smart Strip works like this: it has a “Control Outlet” which controls six other outlets on the power strip. If you plug a computer into the Control Outlet, and it turns off or goes into sleep mode, the other “switched” outlets on the strip will be turned off. There are also three other outlets that are “always on”. Most people use this power strip to turn off all their computer peripherals, or to shut down their home theater system, when they turn off their television.
