Efficient MD : How Doctors Use *Evernote* as Professional, Portable *Memory*
Evernote has sufficient security to comply with HIPAA... and, it has great search function; it can search inside images, and search on handwritten notes, as well as standard text. I'd avoided it (preferring Onfolio and Firefox's Scrapbook) because it didn't have a familiar folder interface. I feared having a big mushy pile of uncategorized clips and web pages. Now, there's no reason to bother with folders; it's a waste of time. It "publishes" pretty well, and seems compatible with a variety of hardware platforms. Now...time to learn all its features, and get comfy with it...
