If you use Search Big Daddy - and are an avid marketer on it - then you know that the more advantage points you earn - the more you can bid
on PPC ads as well as keyword ads and other great things. I have been using this system for a long time now and have shared it with my group as a way to quickly and easily earn thousands of
Advantage Point credits on Search Big Daddy whenever you want. This method of course works best when you are a Keyword Manager - however it will work as well for a free member - just on 1/10
of the scale - so 1100 AP instead of 11,000AP in the same time.


Lets get started - first login to you Search Big Daddy account.


Next look for the blog navigation icon on the left hand side





Click on Add New post.


In a new window or tab (you do use firefox right?) go to ArticleSnatch Article Directory - there is over 240,000
articles there to search through.


Scroll down and look for the search box:



In the search box - type in whatever topic you are looking for to post on your blog at search big daddy.


You will get a list of articles on the site that have your word:



Click on the one you want - for this example we did the article titled Choosing a Reputable Broker.


Look on the right hand column for a link that says Ezine Ready:



That will take you to a page with both the html copy and the text copy of the article you are currently viewing.


Copy the title from the article and paste it into the "add new post" page you opened up on Search Big Daddy:



Copy the article text from the text version - and start after the title and stop when there are a few empty lines - just before the authors resource box. You want to then paste this block of
text into the new post you are creating on Search Big Daddy.





Now scroll up to the html version of the article - and find the resource box - this is toward the bottom and will include information about the author. This also includes a link back to the
article directory where the article was found. Copy and paste the html code into the new post you are making on the search big daddy blog. Make sure you keep these links - it is part of the
Terms of use for the article. So it is very important that you leave these links in tact when you use the article on another site or
blog. If you are unsure check the terms of use.


At the end of every post I make on the SBD blog - I always include a signature. This includes a few websites I run as well as my name and contact information. The websites are of course
hyper linked in case anyone wants to visit them. I keep my signature saved in a text file - so I can easily copy and paste it into the blog editor on SBD.





Click over to the search big daddy post page - and find the button below the text box that says "save and continue"





Then you will be brought to a screen where you can review your post - and click on the button that says "Publish"





After that you will see how many Advantage Points you earned. In this example we earned 749 AP. You earn 10 AP per word (at the time of this writing) as a Keyword Manager. Free Members
earn less.





So there you have it. Now I'm sure you are wondering how I earned many more AP than just the 749 from this article - well thats simple - I just repeated the process. From the search results
I open up multiple articles in separate tabs (firefox). Then I just repeat the process over and over until I have the amount of AP that I want.

You might be interested to know that Google Israel was compelled by our local court to disclose Blogger.com blogger
IP address. Google agreed to supply the information, but not before the court suggested that the same blogger would be given a chance to respond to the motion anonymously.


It was agreed Google will disclose the IP address to court's eyes only and only if the blogger wouldn't respond, the IP would be provided to the plaintiff. The blogger didn't respond (he got
the message, according to Google) and the motion was granted.


Anyway, the blogger was accused of slander



(The American Heritage Dictionary defines "slander" as "Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation" as well as "A
false and malicious statement or report about someone.")


Aren't Google's Blogspot servers located in the US, though?


In other recent news, a court in the US decided that a Blogspot blogger nick-named "Ortho Mom" may remain anonymous.

In my latest interview, I sat down again with Seth Godin to talk about his upcoming keynote speech at

on Tuesday December 4th. The session focuses on his new book, Meatball" title="http://www.searchenginestrategies.com/chicago/agenda2.html#keynote">Meatball"
target="_blank">www.searchenginestrategies.com/chicago/agenda2.html#keynote">Meatball Sundae, and focuses on the confusing nature of today's marketing opportunities.


Seth spoke about the nature of the problem previously in a pre-show webinar. You can see coverage for the webinar from Lisa Barone, Kevin Newcomb, and yours truly.


One of the major components of the discussion that was particularly interesting to me was a discussion about SEO. Seth had offered some criticism of SEO in the past, and I wanted to see what his thinking was on the matter.


It turns out that the real criticism Seth has is not of SEO, or SEOs. It's more focused on what happens when people start thinking that SEO is a magic bullet. I.e., take you online business, no
matter how crummy it is, stir in some SEO, and presto change-o, you are raking in the dough. He goes on to say that the real challenge for all webmasters is what are they going to to present
some new unique stuff to the world that people are going to want to see.


He then goes onto say:



I am just going to spend money, because I am a marketer hiring some guy to wave a magic wand to make something happen. And then, when the SEO people comeback and say here are ten
recommendations, eight of which are about better stuff and two of which are about magic words and secret hyper-tags, all they do is take the other two, and leave the eight important ones off.


What I've been saying to people and mostly people who read my work or other clients is pretend it doesn't exist. Do everything you can before you call on the SEO wizards to do the last part.
Because, if you are not willing to do the first part, if you are not willing to put in the effort, it doesn't matter how good they are, it's not going to work. Somebody else who is doing the
first eight steps will do better even if they don't do the last two.



I have definitely seen some of this along the way as well. As an SEO, what I have learned to do is to qualify the willingness of a potential client to invest in the quality of their web site
before taking them on. If they don't seem willing to do that, we turn them away. No sense in taking on a client where we will not be successful.

First, I should preface this discussion by saying you first need to seriously evaluate whether you want to work at monetizing your blog. Steve Pavlina has a very thorough post that goes over
whats necessary to really do this well, and why the majority of people who try end up not generating significant income.
