This handbook is not a ‘how-to’ manual or recipe book that provides one formula to follow in all situations. Every project is different, with different aims and different contexts. Also, every design process will be different, depending on the particular aims, the people involved and the resources available. However, there are some common issues and questions that every design process will need to consider.

Odds are pretty good that if you're talking about changes to teaching and learning that the new Read/Write Web is bringing about, many of the words you are using start with "C." Becta's "Next Generation Learning" campaign aims to improve the way schools and colleges use technology for learning, and a key part of this drive is about raising awareness among parents of the benefits of technology and the internet, while encouraging them to stay safe online.
There is a huge amount of advice and guidance available for parents to ensure their children are protected in the virtual world.
Organisations like the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) and Stay Safe Online, for example, are working hard to help parents understand more about what their children are doing on the web.

Online Tutoring
All tutors have years of tutoring experience, are experts in the subjects they teach and have passed government background checks. ... I'm interested if tutors/mentors/coaches are SA only ... and will enquire later. Also interested if other similar programs exist. Thanks for the
