Free Hosted Help Desk Software

  • Allows anonymous user access. The thing that surprised me was that help desk tickets are not hidden behind the login page; tickets are shown as open data. I'm still having second thoughts whether to implement such solution for my small support department. Has anyone tried this before? Is it in fact implementation of Enterprise Web 2.0?
