Acquisition Policy
POLICY:
TO PROVIDE DIRECTION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF AUDIO VISUAL (AV) EQUIPMENT.
PURPOSE:
To ensure that AV equipment will fulfill the function for which it is intended.
To acquire equipment that is compatible with the district's long range AV plans.
To ensure that planning and costs associated with the maintenance and operation of equipment are identified and budgeted.
To ensure proper planning and handling of security and maintenance of all AV equipment.
SCOPE: All audio visual equipment.
