Bacon Explosion: The BBQ Sausage Recipe of all Recipes

I'm guessing that there is no "Cooking Light" version of this one: 2 pounds of bacon, 2 pounds of Italian sausage, rolled up, smoked, and slathered in BBQ sauce. They say its good by itself or on a biscuit and eaten like a sandwich. I say my cholesterol went up 30 points just looking at the pictures!
