MySQL Bugs: #26123: Relay logs occasionally get corrupted

Restarting replication from the Exec_Master_Log_Pos works perfectly, and sails right
through the same parts of the logs that were previously being corrupted. In a system with
multiple slaves, this may occur on only one slave at a time (the other slaves continue
without a problem) for any given log position.

The
--master-dataoption above locks all
of the tables during the dump to prevent data from being changed, but
allows users to continue reading the tables. With exclusive access,
this feature isn't necessary. However, this option also adds a few
lines like the following to the end of the dump file:
