haven't found a combination of

default_permissions, defer_permissions, noappledouble and noapplexattr

options (or absence of all of them) that works

- if you don't implement xattrs MacFuse will work
- If you can repeat a problem with the loopback then it may be a problem with MacFUSE - if not the problem is yours
