Export AIFF podcasts in GarageBand | Root | Mac 911 | Macworld
Once in iTunes you can locate the original file (Control-Click on the file and choose Show in Finder from the contextual menu) and have your way with it. After you’re processed it to your liking, create a new podcast project in GarageBand and drag the file into a track. Then add your podcasty bits and export it.
-
elect the Podcast track at the top of the GarageBand window and press Command-Delete to remove it. When you do so, GarageBand will treat the project like a song rather than a podcast.
-
end Song to iTunes
. This is important because when GarageBand sends a podcast to iTunes, it does so as a .m4v file. When it sends a song to iTunes, it sends it as an AIFF file.

Apple - Support - Discussions - Syc Documents folder with iDisk?? ...
-
You will have to use a third-party program to do this: FoldersSychronizer is probably your best bet. It can sync to a mounted iDisk manually or on a schedule (though not every time any file is updated, and neither will anything else I know of).
However, be aware that if you do this, any file which gets deleted on your iDisk will be deleted from your Mac as well. You might feel it was better to back up to the iDisk, so that the iDisk will reflect changes on your computer but changes to the iDisk won't be reflected on your computer: it depends on exactly what it is you want to do whether this will work for you. FoldersSynchronizer can do this.
