Economist's View: Neomercantilism
新重商主义。现在在说，在这场金融危机中应该强化政府职能部门对实际经济运行的控制力度和把握能力，政府应该多干涉市场以促进经济运行——这和Adam Smith以降的“守夜人”职能设计的政府体系大不相同了。也许现在是重商主义的时代？但有意思的是，这种观点的现实佐证恰恰包括中国——80年代以来政府对市场强有力的干预和控制带来了改革开放30年以来平均9.8%的经济增长率。恩，我从中又嗅到了一丝启蒙运动时期欧洲知识分子阶层美化粉饰中国的气味了。
