說實話，這次的地震災害中國根本不需要國際援助。中國有錢、有人、有物質、有技術能力，外國能提供的中國本身都不缺乏。中國答應國際援助不過是為了表達開放和透明的政策，改變西方對中國的刻板印象，營造國際和諧的氣氛，哪裏會是因為中國自己沒有解決的能力所以迫切地需要國外的援助。
