Ideally this should be decoupled from the rest of your infrastructure.</li><li>Don't rely on platforms that lack service monitoring dashboards for production.</li></ul></div></p><p><div class="content">The best example of this is <a href="http://trust.salesforce.com">trust.salesforce.com</a> which they launched after series of outages in 2006.
