They have been deemed to be operating <a href="http://torrentfreak.com/anti-piracy-company-spied-on-thousands-of-p2p-users-080317/">illegally</a> in Italy and have been <a href="http://torrentfreak.com/anti-piracy-company-breaches-privacy-080123/">slammed</a> over privacy issues in the home country, Switzerland.
