There's SO MUCH information out there that people can pretty much get their
fitness tips from just about anywhere… BodyBuilding.com, T-Nation.com,
Wikipedia, YouTube and a million other sites that probably have 10-100 times the
amount of content you do… so don't try to compete on the volume of
content or even how good your "fitness tips" are…Compete by making your blog fun to read… make it a 5 minute mini-vacation
that gets people out of their day and away from their problems for a few
minutes.Disguise the information you teach as entertainment… tell stories to
get points across… be funny… be a little edgy…
