The study makes worrying reading for those who believe that new streaming services such as Spotify will draw young people away from illegal file sharing. Of the 1,808 young people questioned, 78 per cent said they had no interest in paying to stream music.Instead, 89 per cent of those questioned said that they placed a premium on “owning” music rather than streaming it.
